Features
Everything you need to digitally manage your association's sheet music.
Manage Music Pieces
Create your digital piece archive in Musicorum. Features include creating, editing, searching, and filtering (e.g. by composer, arranger, genre, difficulty). Add additional information such as purchase date, price, duration, rating, and YouTube link to make them searchable. This ensures that the right march for your themed concert is quickly found. As an interface, Musicorum offers export as an Excel spreadsheet (CSV file).
Digitizing and Uploading Sheet Music
Sheet music can be assigned to individual pieces and digitized. Single and bulk uploads are supported. Management is handled per part, including grouping and access control by role and configuration.
Part Management and Distribution
Assign parts to association members using configurable part lists with priority levels. This enables automated distribution of parts to individuals, groups, or entire orchestras. The integrated access control allows controlled release of parts to specific people.
Sheet Music Sharing
Create a share for a piece to send sheet music conveniently to substitutes or external musicians. When the person opens the sharing link, they can directly download the correct part. This is also possible for entire albums.
Automatic Part Assignment
The platform can automatically distribute parts (e.g. for various instruments or vocal ranges) to the appropriate association members. This allows you to download sheet music for entire concerts with just a few clicks for new musicians.
Albums and Setlists
Creating and managing albums as a collection of multiple pieces (e.g. for concerts, march books) opens new features in Musicorum. Albums can be marked as favorites, versioned, edited, distributed, or exported as PDF.
Member and Orchestra Management
Musicorum enables the management of association structures with multiple orchestras and associations. Members can be invited, assigned to different orchestras, and given specific roles (musician, conductor, administrator). Permissions control access to features and visible data.
Security and Privacy
We do not use cookies or track users. Only security-relevant data (logins and accesses to sheet music) are logged by us and can be queried and displayed at any time by administrators of your association.
Favorites and Ratings
Music pieces and albums can be marked as favorites and rated by musicians. Average ratings can help gather feedback from the last concert and evaluate opinions objectively.
Export and Import Functions
The export of music pieces and albums as CSV or PDF provides easy interfaces to your own data structures.
Musicorum App
In addition to the web application, which can be used both on laptops and mobile phones, the free Musicorum App provides an optimized way to quickly download sheet music. It is greatly appreciated by musicians, both for preparation and for quick access during rehearsals.
Personalized Dashboard
Each member sees the most important and popular pieces and albums for them on their personal dashboard. Favorites can be highlighted for quick access.
Data Privacy & Daily Backups
All user data is stored exclusively in Germany and backed up daily. This protects data from loss and complies with German data protection standards. Your uploaded sheet music is additionally versioned redundantly on our servers and can be restored in case of loss.
Documentation
We offer comprehensive documentation of all Musicorum features through our documentation website.
